Is your site safe and secure?
Yes, our site is 100% secure. We use 128-bit SSL, the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world.

When can I expect my items?
Our products are produced on demand so it depends. Maybe in a few days, maybe not for a few weeks. All items usually get printed and shipped less than 10 business days after you ordered. Once we ship your order, it should get to you in a few days (United States) or a few weeks (everywhere else). We’ll send you an email when it ships.

I didn’t receive an Order Confirmation Email after my order?
If you have not received an Order Confirmation Email, please check your Spam Folder.  If you did not receive it, please feel free to contact us if necessary at

Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes. We also ship to Canada.

How do I Cancel an Order?
An order may be canceled within 24 hours of ordering. If you decide you want to cancel an order, send us an email at wecare@magasneakers.com
 with the order number.
If it has been more than 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel the order since it may already have been sent to production.

What is my Order Number?
You should receive an email with your order number after you place your order. If you did not receive this email, please check junk or spam folders. If you still cannot locate it, feel free to contact us at wecare@magasneakers.com

What forms of payment do you accept?
We take Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

What does “Being Processed” mean? 
We have received your order and are printing/ quality checking and are preparing your order for shipment.

Oh no, I messed up my shipping address and/or shoes size! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can at wecare@magasneakers.com we MIGHT be able to care. However, we can’t make any promises.
If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We’ll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.
